Terms & Conditions of Refilling of Toner/Ink Cartridges
1. The above prices are inclusive of all Taxes & Duties.
2. The refilling job will be done at the works of the vendor. Further, drum and blade sets will be replaced with the compatible make as these items are not available in the original make from the principal company. The drum to be replaced will be of double coating.
3. Inspection of the material up to the order value of Rs.10,000/- may be carried out if desired at the works of the supplier and inspection of material more-than the order value of Rs.10,000/-, may be carried out at consignee site or at the premises/works of the supplier.
4. The supplier will provide warranty on the refilling material for a period of three months.
5. Payment Terms: 100% against delivery and inspection (if desired/necessary) but not later 2 weeks from the date of delivery.
6. Delivery period: Immediate but not later than 2 working days.
7. Before taking the refilling job, the Cartridges may be properly inspected by the vendor and will clearly inform to the purchasing department whether replacement of drum or blade set is to be made or not. In such cases where drum or blade set or both are to be replaced while refilling, it will be the choice of the user department/Organization whether to go for refilling of toner or not. In case, if it is replaced then the defective Drum/Blade set will be returned to purchasing Department/Organization for verification and to avoid the misuse at the end of vendor(s).
8. Order will be placed on Rate Contracted vendor(s) by the purchasing Department / Organizations and payment will also be released directly.
9. The above given Rate is valid for Govt. Departments/Organizations of Haryana State only.
