Terms & Conditions:
1. Rates are inclusive of sales tax and FOR destination. In case Declaration/Form-C is provided the benefit of sales tax will be passed on to the Deptt./ Organization.
2. Validity of Rate Contract:- Upto 1 Year from the date of signing of agreement.
3. Warranty: 3 years onsite warranty on system and 1 year on batteries.
4. Payment Terms: 90% against inspection & delivery and balance 10% after 1 month of delivery.
5. Delivery period: 4 weeks.
6. AMC: 8% only on basic price of Online & Offline UPS systems without batteries.
