Terms and conditions

1. The rates given above are inclusive of all taxes, duties, FOR destination and with 3 years on site comprehensive warranty.

2. The rates given above are valid for 1 Year from the date of signing of agreement with the firms.

3. Payment Terms: 90% against delivery and 10% against installation and after submission of BG of 10% of total order value is more than 2 lacs. There is no need of BG for single order value upto 2 lacs.

4. Delivery Period: Immediate but not later than 4 weeks.

5. Penalty Clause: The date of delivery stipulated is supply is deemed to be essence of the contract and in case the contractor fails to deliver any assignment within the period prescribed for such delivery stipulated in supply order, the delayed consignment will be subject to 2% penalty per consignment per week recoverable on the value of stores supplied.
