| It will be the choice
of the purchasing departments for replacement of SMF batteries from
the On Line UPS supplier by giving counter offer of lowest rates for
the required make of SMF batteries. .
in case the above mentioned make of SMF batteries are locally available less than the R/C price on similar terms & conditions from the other authorized vendor(s), they can procure the same from them directly. |

1. Payment Terms: 90% of payment will be released after inspection and delivery at consignee site. The balance 10% payment will be released within one month from the date of satisfactory demonstration/installation and submission of 10% bank guarantee, which will be released after expiry of warranty period. 2. Warranty Period: Warranty on SMF batteries should be 1year from the date of installation. 3. 4 weeks from the date of placement of confirmed order, FOR at consignee destination. |
