Terms & Conditions:

1. Validity of Rate Contract:- Upto 1 Year from the date of signing of agreement.

2. Warranty: 1 year from the date of delivery & installation.

3. Payment Terms: 90% against inspection & delivery and balance 10% after 1 month of delivery.

4. Delivery period: Ex-stock but not later than 2 weeks upto order value of 1.00 Lac, 4 weeks upto order value of 5 Lacs, 6 weeks for order value between 5 Lacs to 25 Lacs and 8 weeks above order value of 25 Lacs.

5. Penalty Clause: After expiry of delivery period 2% penalty per week will be applicable. In case of genuine reason for late delivery then same can be exempted as per the norms mentioned in the tender document.
