The High powered Purchase Committee in its meeting held on 11.08.2010 had finalized the Rate Contract for Full HD LCD TVs  for a period of 1 year in favour of M/s Samsung India. These Rates are valid upto 31.03.2012 as per the detail given below for small routine purchases :-

The Main Terms & Conditions are as under:-

1. Delivery Period: Immediately but not later than 3 weeks.

2. Warranty:- 12 months from the date of installation or 13 months from the date of delivery, whichever is earlier. However, incase installation will be pending on the part of the supplier then warranty will be 12 months from the date of installation.

3. Payment Terms:- 100% against delivery & installation upto the order value of Rs. 25.00 Lacs during the Rate Contract. The R/C vendors will submit additional security of Rs. 1.00 lac for each additional order of Rs. 25.00 Lacs during the Rate Contract period in the form of Bank Guarantee of any Nationalized Bank/Fixed Deposit jointly in the name of HARTRON & supplier firm valid for one month more than the expiry of warranty period as a performance security.
