The Main Terms & Conditions are as under:-

1) Price:- The price are inclusive of all taxes & duties, FOR destination.

2) Warranty Period:- 3 years onsite warranty.

3) Payment Terms:-100% against delivery upto the order value of Rs. 25.00 lacs during the Rate Contract. The R/C vendors will submit additional security of Rs. 50,000/- for each additional order of Rs. 25.00 lacs during the Rate Contract period in the form of Bank Guarantee of any Nationalized Bank/Fixed Deposit jointly in the name of HARTRON & supplier firm valid for 37 months as a performance security.

4) Delivery Period:-Immediately but not later than 4 weeks. In case of delay in delivery 1% penalty per consignment per week would be applicable on the value of the delayed consignment.

5) After Sale Service:- R/C vendors would provide proper and timely after sale service. However, in case faulty monitor is not replaced within 3 working days and no alternate arrangement is made by the supplier, a penalty @ Rs. 25/- per day for 18.5” LED & 21.5” LED monitors and @ Rs. 50/- per day for 27” or higher LED monitor would be imposed on the R/C vendor for all unjustified delays.

6) In case existing LED monitor on R/C is discontinued by OEM and is replaced by the superior model during the R/C period, then the R/C vendors will supply the replaced model on the R/C price or less price. Further, MD, HARTRON can accept lower rates from the R/C vendors at any stage during the Rate Contract under price fall clause.

7) If any R/C vendor reduces the price of LED monitors of the offered models/replaced models with same or better specifications during the validity of Rate Contract/supplies, then the rates of R/C will also be reduced accordingly.
