The Corporation is one-stop procurement agency for the Electronics and IT Products. The Haryana Government has declared Hartron as the Nodal Agency for Computerization and the approved source for all Electronics and IT purchases. The marketing activity of the Corporation has grown manifolds during last couple of years. The Corporation had a turnover of more than Rs. 50 million during the year 1998-99. It is expected that during the year 1999-2000, the turnover is likely to cross Rs. 80 Million.

Presently, the Corporation is in a process of establishing strategic alliances with the IT Companies for Hardware, Software, Networking and SMART Card Based Products.
