HARTRON offers its expertise both in Infrastructural Development as well as in Project Promotion. The Electronic City in Gurgaon is one such example wherein the corporation has build independent sheds, flatted factory modules, etc. Further, in order to boost the promotion of IT industry in State, the corporation has a plan to build a State of the Art complex in the Electronic City

INDEPENDENT SHEDS: The Corporation has constructed Independent sheds in Electronics City, Gurgaon comprising of 30 nos. of 'A' type and 34 nos. of 'B' type sheds. All these Sheds have been allotted to the entrepreneurs as per the prevailing Industrial Policy of the State and many renowned companies are operating from these sheds.

FLATTED FACTORY COMPLEX/MODULES: A complex consisting of Flatted Factory Modules was constructed in an area of about 1.2 acres to further boost the IT Industry in Gurgaon region. Also a STP setup has been established for providing High Speed Communication facility to the industry in the vicinity using Earth Station at Noida. The corporation has been leasing out available built-up space to the interested entrepreneurs for setting up their software units in the said complex. The said complex houses many big names in the IT industry.

STPI OFFICE & EATH STATION: The corporation has been instrumental in bringing Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) to establish its office and Earth Station at Electronics City, Gurgaon. The setting up of the same is seen as a major booster for the growth of IT and IT enabled industry in the region. Also, the availability of the bandwidth in the region will increase manifold. The land measuring about one acre has already been allotted to the STPI for the purpose and the foundation stone for the setting up of the STPI Office & Earth Station has been laid on 26.12.2001 by the Hon'ble Chief Minister, Haryana.

WIDE AREA NETWORK: Corporation on behalf of State Govt. has taken initiative for setting up a Wide Area Network in the State. The State objective is to encourage and accelerate the use of IT in Govt., public sector and statutory bodies so as to improve the quality of delivery of pubic service as well as to provide effective e-governance.

HIGH SPEED COMMUNICATION BACKBONE: The Corporation on behalf of State Govt. undertook the task to formulate Right of Way Policy for facilitating the companies intending to lay Communication Backbone in the State.

Hi-TECH HABITAT CENTRE/IT COMPLEX: HARTRON has two plots measuring 3.5 acres and 2.0 acres in Electronics City, Gurgaon, wherein, it is proposed to setup multi storied IT complex with most modern infrastructural facilities to revolutionize the Information Technology and Telecommunication scenario in the State. The said IT complex will be in line with equivalent State of the Art buildings, which have come up in the other States for IT Industry. The facilities proposed to be provided in the said IT complex includes:-
